Lakewood Ranch Inspection Services was started (alongside LWRinspect.com) in 2025 by Sarasota native Dan Greenberg (FL DBPR Inspector License #HI18278).

Dan was born and raised in Sarasota County, not too far from where he currently resides with his wife and son. Dan graduated from the University of Florida and continues to primarily work across the southeast, largely focused in the Sarasota County and Manatee County area, but with past clients and projects spanning from Miami to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Predominantly working both for and with different municipalities, governing authorities and across disciplines has allowed Dan to grasp a relatively broad understanding of where authority lies, where it’s best to be safe rather than sorry, and where you need to ensure you have complete certainty in order to protect your interests when it comes to all facets and forms of real estate involvement.

After years of managing governmental development applications, code amendments, visioning and assessment workshops, overseeing both public and private projects, Dan’s ready to help others in nearly any real estate investment operation.

From gauging potential paths forward for your life, strategies and options, it’s vital to start on the right foot. Have a meeting to ensure you’re doing this.
