    American Society of Home Inspectors - ASHI

  • FABI - Since 1984, has formally helped by focusing in on FL structures and needs.

    Florida Association of Building Inspectors - FABI

  • ASHI and FABI Standards of Practice guide Inspections & set expectations.

  • ASHI and FABI SOP’s are mutually compatible.

  • The FABI Scope of Work extends beyond ASHI, to more specific FL structural concerns.

  • When the SOP is formally adopted by ASHI, it will be utilized for Inspections.

Scope of Work

  • Each Inspection Service corresponds with a particular Scope of Work.

  • The proposed SOP will be emailed to each Client during the Scheduling process.

  • Ownership requires a watchful eye and ability to adapt.

  • As time passes, systems can require upkeep and concerns can arise.

  • Monitoring situations is paramount to success.

Monitoring Club

You may join the Monitoring Club prior to initiating your Inspection.

Joining requires an annual Inspection at a 20% discounted rate.

This entitles you to the following benefits:

  • Annual Residential, Office or Light Commercial Inspection.

  • Free annual post-emergency Inspection (after a hurricane, etc).

  • Online Inspection Report storage and accessibility.

  • Ability for current / potential owners to reference potential changes, concerns or lack thereof.

  • Improved understanding of property investments and therefore more potential profit.
