Scheduling Information

Please note: When Scheduling online, above, a deposit is required.

• It’s understandable this can be concerning for new Clients.

• A summary of the process is outlined below.

Prior to scheduling online, you may call, text or email for a Service Quote, with:

• Property location/parcel ID or address

• Inspection Type Desires (4 Point, Residential Home Inspection, Aerial Real Estate Photos for Marketing, etc)

• Related details and additional info (dates/times that work well, if you/agent will allow site access, etc)

• After Scheduling you should receive a proposed Inspection Agreement for your review, within two days.

• The Inspection Agreement and email will include the following:

  • Itemized list of Requested Service & Options (ex. Home Inspection and optional Pool Inspection)

  • Scope of Work

  • Standards of Practice

  • Limitations of Understanding

  • Options / process for refund or final payment

Inspection Agreement & Onsite Completion

• An Inspection Agreement must be finalized prior to Inspection.

• Agreements can be signed onsite or signed, ,scanned and emailed in prior to Inspection Day.

Payment Finalization Process

• All refunds or additional fees are to be resolved prior to Inspection.

• This final step is typically completed onsite prior to Inspection via check or cash.
