Scheduling Information
When Scheduling online, above, a small deposit is required to protect everyone’s schedules.
Prior to scheduling online, and at any time, you may call, text or email to receive a Service Quote.
Info needed:
Property address or general location (parcel ID, lot number, etc)
Stage of your investment (looking, own, selling, leasing, etc)
Potential Service Interests (ie planning research vs consultation vs assistance, litigation related, Inspections 4 Point vs Residential vs Commercial, documentation pre-leasing, marketing graphics, concepts, etc)
Additional info (your schedule needs, access codes, agent acting for the owner, etc)

After Scheduling, an Inspection Agreement will be emailed back within a day or two.
This email and the Inspection Agreement will include:
Itemized list of Requested Services & Options
Scope of Work (what will be done)
Standards of Practice (how work is to be completed)
Limitations of Understanding (what expectations should be)
payment Process (how service fees are collected prior to Inspections)
Inspection Agreement & Onsite Completion
Inspection Agreements must be finalized prior to initiating corresponding Inspections.
Agreements can be signed onsite prior to the Inspection(s) or in advance via email correspondence.
